All first-time clients must fill out a client profile form prior to their appointment.

All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled & a service fee of 100% will be applied.

Canceling/rescheduling an appointment must be done 24 hrs prior to appointment to avoid fees. Last minute cancellations/rescheduling will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee 50% of service amount.

No show fee is 100% of the service amount.
